Twiggs prepares the site for the award-winning Light Lines Somme artwork
The Twiggs team have been working with BMBC preparing the site for the award-winning Light Lines Somme artwork.
The exhibit features the faces of The Barnsley Pals and other WW1 soldiers from the town who died on the first day of the Battle Of The Somme. The panels which light up at night have a new permanent home in Churchfield Peace Gardens, just opposite St Mary’s Church and across from the town’s Dickie Bird statue.
